BIG GAME FISHING

Adriatic sea has a unique characteristic which puts it in front of other fishing destinations. Namely, the BLUEFIN TUNA, otherwise a highly migratory species has chosen Adriatic sea for it's home and this is the only known place on earth, where bluefin can be caught any time of the year.

Bluefin tuna is not the only important big game species in Adriatic. The ultimate fishing challenge for many sport fisherman is SWORDFISH which is present in fair numbers. The BLUE SHARK is targeted by big game fisherman in Adriatic.

LITTLE GAME FISHING

March and April offer great fishing for little TUNNIES, which come in huge numbers in the inshore waters. Little tunnies in Adriatic grow to sizes up to 13 kg, during some seasons the average fish is around 10 kilos.

During the fall, great targets are ALBACORES and AMBERJACK on the outer sides of many islands.
DOLPHIN FISH or MAHI -MAHI are present in great numbers.

TRADITIONAL FISHING

If you prefer calmer way of fishing, traditional fishing is great choice. This way we are fishing various types of fishes such as: GILT-HEAD BREAM, COMMON DENTEX and SEABASS. Traditional fishing includes fishing with nets, too. Also, night fishing is possible.
